Centre Staff

At Englorie Park Child Care Centre we aim to:

1. Develop positive relations with children, parents, staff and other stakeholders of the community.
2. Provide an environment that is challenging, non-failing and non-threatening.
3. Provide a safe and friendly environment.
4. Provide a service that is totally non-discriminatory.
5. Provide easily accessible information on a variety of topics.
6. Provide written and verbal information to the parent regarding the child's development.
7. Facilitate parental involvement by having regular input into, and the evaluation of existing policies.
8. Provide environments that cater to the individual needs of each family.
9. Encourage further professional development of all staff.
10. Provide support and guidance to the users of the service.

The Centre is owned and operated by teachers. All of our pre-school staff undertake ongoing training in early childhood education, and hold valid First Aid Certificates.
